the ads to watch to earn prizes dont even work anymore and now theyve placed in random ads throughout the map that I didnt ask for...is no one playing this anymore that you feel the need to force ads on me? Fine game otherwise, besides the points where I only play a few levels in a new town before they spring it up on me that I need to earn over 100,000 in coins to get a new machine in order to play the newer levels. Annoying. Also recently it logged me out of Facebook randomly and then when I logged back in, they took away cash I earned previously for no reason. Really? I would be more annoyed if I paid actual real money for that but Ive let it go since Im not saving at the current moment. Also theres nothing worth clicking to earn cash, not even the games they tell me to try out, they dont work. I keep checking back to see if theres video ads to watch there to earn cash - very rarely.

I enjoy playing the game itself. But I think it requires to much to advance to the next town, the amount of tokens are to high. And if you do not have any friends that play the game to send you stuff u have to pay real cash which is ridiculous.

Recently re downloaded... It crashes all the time or once you pay for a round an ad pops up and wont let you skip the ad causing the customers to have 1 heart causing a failed level... Takes forever to reload...

So fun!

Love this game, but I hate waiting a full 24 hours for pit stops or trying to earn money to get through the pit stop. Also takes awhile to load when logging in

I dont know what happened but I cannot receive gifts anymore even though I am getting Facebook notifications that I am getting them, I dont receive them in the actual game. I also cannot ever get the videos to work. It constantly tells me there are none available right now. Well there hasnt been for DAYS. I really like this game but get it together!

Fun game but have to wait forever for groceries to refill. The wait for the "truck repair" is stupid and it always force closes in the middle of the game and then you lose your groceries too. Irritating

Love this game. Very addictive

They dont listen to reviewers. This game honestly gets worse each time I open it. I have probably spent $100 in the last year on this game and I refuse to even open it again until there is an update that makes it better, not worse. (New update, still ads. Another new update, still glitchy and still ads. Another new update, same thing.)

This game crashes a lot! Needs a major bug fix! Keep uninstalling and reinstalling... Doesnt always fix the problem to close and start the game again... Then theres the rewards and cash glitches... It tells me I earn cash tips along with coins and I never get my cash. Then when food runs out it says I need 24 in cash to keep playing. Now it says error receiving rewards... After watching videos.... Stellar programming! This is becoming too annoying to play... I dont see a better rating for this game, because the creators dont seem to care enough to fix the problem. It still wants me to submit a review!

Energy should refill faster

My review is similar to some already seen here. This game is great but the wait time to reload and for "maintenance" is silly. Also it is very difficult to manipulate those items that are very close together on the phone screen (even playing on the 6+. Cant imagine trying to play on a smaller screen!).

i loved this game but it has alot of issues first i was on level 183 n all of sudden it stop working n i had to delete and download it again when i did i had to start all over again in witch i did but now it just frezes and when you finish the level it just completely gets out of the game also those adds everytime you play a level are annoying and it also causes the game to feeze. i dont play it as much anymore i play it here and there hoping those issues get resolve...

I really did like this game at first, it really had me addicted. BUT, 1. I dont like the ads that dont work when youre trying to win prizes. 2. You can only play a handful of rounds I one sitting. 3. You, obviously, can never win cash. At least not that Im aware of. 4. It crashes and freezes way more then I can tolerate. 5. Appliances to help speed up your games is ridiculously expensive. So, I guess its an ok game. Wish all these problems would get upgraded and fixed ... Doubt it!! Sincerely, Disappointed!!

I love the game but to many ads to many glitches it knocks me off the game after the second life thought it would be better now but its still to much

Game is challenging but way to many ads. Freezes and shuts down. Also level 100 is impossible to beat unless u pay for upgrades.

The game itself, when everything works, is awesome. But there are a lot of flaws and it feels like no one is working on them or listening to the players. There are premium ingredients that get you extra points in the game but most of them you can ONLY ask friends for if youre playing the game on facebook. If youre playing on the mobile game, youre out of luck. Even if your mobile game is linked to facebook, you still cant use anything that you receive there. Its nonsensical. There are videos you can watch to gain extra things for the game, but they havent been working recently. Im not sure if its a problem theyre actively working on or if theyre just hoping people will spend money to obtain these items. Theres also a lot of bugs, loading issues, Ive seen lots of complaints of paying money for in-game items that disappear. Instead of working on in-game promotions or new items, the entire team needs to solely focus on fixing these issues. Once they do, Ill rate it five stars.

So tired of all the glitches! Game closes unexpectedly and you lose power ups and money spent on the game. Lesson learned w/ in-app purchases...dont purchase anything with your money.

I love the game however it is impossible to win cash to continue on unless you have others friends playing it to help you. I watch the ads but they rarely work and I am emailing them to notify my missing cash. It is frustrating because it is a fun game.

Thought "It cant be as bad as the reviews,right?" WRONG! Froze after one round. Im deleting this game.
